Finding the perfect color for a baby shower doesn't happen by chance, it's a well thought out decision! Here's a list of considerations for choosing your ideal color scheme:

  • Does your honoree have favorite colors? - Consider these. Cross off any colors which a new mother doesn't like!
  • Availability of decorations - Make sure baby shower decorations can be found or created in your preferred colors.
  • What colors go with your party location? - If your party location has a distinct color scheme, you won't want to fight this with mismatched baby shower decorations!
  • Consider season colors - Some color schemes don't jive with some seasons. Spring colors won't fit for a fall shower, and fall colors will look out of place in the spring.
