When a classic shower game stands the test of time, it also runs the risk of having become stale. This reinvented word finding game breathes new life into an old classic.

Draw a big grid on tag board. Write in numerous baby related and/or theme related words into this grid. Write them diagonally, backwards, vertically or vertically backwards.

At your shower, give each guest a paper and pencil. Guests then scour the lettered grid to find as many words as possible. Guests will love this revamped take on an old classic!

The classic word finding game
Those passing on our reinvented game can still go with the time-tested original! Draw a large grid (20x30 or so) on a sheet of paper. Write in a list of baby related words or shower theme related words into the grid. Once again, write words diagonally, backwards, vertically or vertically backwards. Fill in remaining squares with miscellaneous letters. Below the grid, write all the words your guests are to find. The guest finding the most words, or finding all the words in the shortest amount of time wins!
