Though fun for any group, the baby bottle drinking game is ideal when men are the competitors!

Baby bottles are innocent and cute unless you're playing this baby shower game! Any number of guests are given liquid filled baby bottles. Players chug and chug to see who can empty the bottle first. The first player to empty their bottle is the winner!

Alter the game by choosing different liquids. Offer something pleasing like a fruit juice, cold milk or soda. Or give guests an obstacle by filling bottles with prune juice, warm milk or a bitter (or sour) liquid!

A couple quick mods makes this idea better match your theme:

Airplane baby shower theme - Fill bottles with coffee and tea. Have honoree distribute bottles and say 'Coffee, tea or me?'
Candyland baby shower theme - Fill bottles with Candyland colored fruit punch.
Farm baby shower theme - Drink the famous farm product... milk!
Hawaiian baby shower - Gulp pineapple juice from bottles.
Noah's ark baby shower - Pair guests into teams of two. Both players must empty their bottle.
Construction theme baby shower - Give workers a 'coffee break' to replenish their liquids.
